Red Spring Shores is a condo association on the south side of Lake Fort Meadow in Marlborough, MA.
After many decades the Morse Family decided to end their leases and sell the property along Red Spring Rd. As a community we were fortunate to organize our neighbors and purchase the property, preserving the serene space as it has been for the past century. Many of us had parents who owned cottages here and we now get to carry on that tradition with our families. We are truly fortunate.
Managing Directors
The Corporation is managed by five Board of Directors. An individual must be a homeowner on Red Spring Shores as well as a member in good standing with the Association to be elected as a Director. The Board of Directors organized the homeowners, negotiated with the former owners of the property and facilitated the purchase in December of 2021. They are responsible for the management and day to day oversight of the Red Spring Shores property including enforcing the rules, preparing the budget, contracting with vendors, etc.. Directors are elected to three year terms by the Membership at the annual election on a rotating basis. The Board is made up of the President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer and Operations Director.
Our Board of Directors
The Board members have a wealth of organizational skills, management and oversight
abilities, accounting and state and federal government experience, technology and sales
businesses, etc. This is a very strong Board of Directors who work well together and are
respectful of each other’s talents and time.
In addition to their businesses, the members like to fish, hunt, boat, ride Harleys,
garden, read and walk making them well-rounded individuals.
